These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of and access to Theme Page Academy (“TPA”, “the Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By purchasing the Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Theme Page Academy
Theme Page Academy is an educational digital product designed to teach customers how to build, grow and monetise a faceless Instagram theme page.
The Academy includes video lessons, educational resources, templates, content resources, bonuses and access to a private online community hosted through Skool, together with additional training or resources that may be added to the Academy over time.
TPA is an educational product. It is not personalised financial, business, legal or professional advice.
2. Purchase & Payment
Theme Page Academy is currently offered as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Prices, promotional offers and affiliate commission rates may change for future purchases.
Prices may change in the future. Any change in price will not affect purchases already completed.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
3. Access to the Academy
After successful payment, you will receive instructions for joining the Theme Page Academy community on Skool.
Access is provided to the email address used when purchasing the Academy. You are responsible for using the correct email address and for maintaining access to that email account.
You must not share your Academy account, login details, invitation or course materials with another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that an account or Academy materials are being shared, copied, redistributed or otherwise misused.
4. Digital Content & Immediate Access
Theme Page Academy is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.
By purchasing the Academy, you may receive access to digital content shortly after your purchase. Where applicable, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Consumer Rights
Theme Page Academy is a digital product. All purchases are intended to be final and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been successfully processed or access to the Academy has been provided.
Because Theme Page Academy is digital content, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital educational materials rather than a physical product.
Where applicable law provides you with a statutory right to cancel, withdraw, obtain a refund, replacement, repair, price reduction or other remedy, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive those rights.
For customers in the European Union or other jurisdictions where a statutory withdrawal period applies to digital content, you expressly request that access to the digital content begin before the expiry of any applicable withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once performance of the digital content contract begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the required consent and acknowledgement being obtained at checkout.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under mandatory consumer law, please contact us at [email protected] and explain the circumstances of your request. We will assess the request in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials included in Theme Page Academy are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Video lessons
Written lessons
Templates
Guides
Checklists
Content banks
Hooks
Digital products
Graphics
Training materials
Academy resources
Branding and original content
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access and use these materials for your own educational and business purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense or commercially exploit Academy materials without our written permission. You may not use any Academy materials, including templates, lessons, frameworks, recordings, documents, prompts, content banks or other resources, to create, sell, teach, distribute or operate a competing product, course, membership, service or educational program.
7. No Account Sharing or Redistribution
Your Academy access is for you only.
You may not:
Share your Skool access with another person
Give another person access to your account
Upload Academy materials to another platform
Share course videos or downloads publicly or privately
Resell Academy materials
Repackage Academy materials as your own
Use Academy materials to create a competing course or membership
If we discover unauthorised sharing or redistribution, we may suspend or terminate access without prejudice to any other rights available to us.
8. Results, Income & Business Disclaimer
Theme Page Academy provides educational information, strategies, examples and resources relating to Instagram, content creation, audience growth, digital products, affiliate marketing and online business.
We do not guarantee or promise any specific results, income, revenue, followers, engagement, sales, clients, brand collaborations, affiliate commissions, profit or other financial outcome.
Any examples, screenshots, follower counts, revenue examples, case studies or results shown on our website, social media, inside the Academy or in promotional materials represent specific examples and are not a promise or representation of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, implementation, niche, content, audience, skills, market conditions, platform changes, business model and other circumstances.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided inside Theme Page Academy and for making your own business and financial decisions.
Theme Page Academy is an educational product and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.
9. TPA Affiliate Programme & Resale Rights
Theme Page Academy may offer an optional affiliate programme to eligible purchasers of Theme Page Academy.
Purchasing Theme Page Academy does not grant you ownership of Theme Page Academy, its content, intellectual property, trademarks, branding, training materials or other Academy assets, nor does it grant you unrestricted master resale rights.
Where you are accepted into the TPA Affiliate Programme, you may receive a unique affiliate link or other approved referral method that allows you to promote Theme Page Academy and earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your approved affiliate link.
Commission Structure
The applicable affiliate commission rate will be the rate displayed or communicated by Theme Page Academy at the time you are accepted into the affiliate programme.
Theme Page Academy may offer commission rates of up to 80% of qualifying net sales, or such other percentage as we may specify.
Unless otherwise stated, commissions are calculated on qualifying sales actually received by Theme Page Academy, excluding applicable taxes, refunded or cancelled transactions, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, discounts or other amounts that are not ultimately retained by Theme Page Academy.
Commissions are not guaranteed and are only payable where a sale has been successfully attributed to your affiliate link and has not subsequently been refunded, cancelled, charged back or determined to be fraudulent or otherwise invalid.
Theme Page Academy reserves the right to change the commission rate, programme structure, qualifying requirements or payment terms for future sales. Changes will not retroactively alter commissions that have already been validly earned, except where an underlying transaction is subsequently refunded, charged back or otherwise invalidated.
Affiliate Licence
Participation in the affiliate programme gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to promote Theme Page Academy solely for the purpose of generating legitimate affiliate sales through your approved affiliate link.
You may use only promotional materials, branding, images, claims and other materials that Theme Page Academy provides or expressly approves for affiliate use.
You may not represent yourself as the owner, creator, founder, employee, partner or official representative of Theme Page Academy unless we have expressly authorised you to do so.
Prohibited Resale & Distribution
You may not:
sell or distribute Theme Page Academy outside the approved affiliate system;
create your own checkout or payment page for Theme Page Academy;
sell access directly and retain 100% of the purchase price;
claim or represent that you own Theme Page Academy or its intellectual property;
transfer, share, gift, sublicense or redistribute your own Academy access;
copy, reproduce, upload, leak, distribute or sell Academy lessons, recordings, templates, content banks, resources or other materials;
repackage Theme Page Academy or its materials as your own product;
create a competing course or product substantially based on or containing Academy materials;
provide customers with Academy access through any method other than the official process authorised by Theme Page Academy;
modify, remove or obscure Theme Page Academy branding where branding has been supplied as part of approved promotional materials.
The affiliate programme does not provide 100% Master Resale Rights (MRR) to Theme Page Academy. Any MRR product offered separately by Theme Page Academy is governed by its own specific licence and terms.
Affiliate Marketing & Advertising Rules
You agree to promote Theme Page Academy honestly, accurately and in accordance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules.
You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with Theme Page Academy when promoting the Academy where disclosure is required by applicable law.
You may not make false, misleading, deceptive or unsubstantiated claims about Theme Page Academy, including claims regarding guaranteed income, guaranteed followers, guaranteed sales, guaranteed results, earnings, lifestyle, financial freedom or the amount of money a customer can expect to make.
You may not represent your personal results as typical or guaranteed results for other customers.
You may not make claims that Theme Page Academy itself could not lawfully make.
You may not use spam, misleading advertising, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, deceptive countdowns, impersonation, misleading domains, misleading social media accounts or other deceptive promotional practices to generate affiliate sales.
You may not use paid advertising containing Theme Page Academy's trademarks, brand name or other protected branding unless expressly authorised by us.
You may not bid on or purchase advertising keywords containing Theme Page Academy's brand name or trademarks unless expressly authorised.
You may not use affiliate links in a manner that violates Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Google, email marketing laws, advertising rules or the terms of any other platform you use.
Affiliate Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate an affiliate's participation in the affiliate programme where we reasonably believe the affiliate has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity, generated invalid transactions, misused Academy materials, damaged the reputation of Theme Page Academy or otherwise acted in a manner that may expose Theme Page Academy to legal, financial or reputational risk.
Where an affiliate account is terminated for material breach, commissions associated with fraudulent, invalid, refunded, charged-back or otherwise disqualified transactions may be withheld or reversed to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination of affiliate status does not automatically terminate a customer's ordinary access to Theme Page Academy where that customer has independently purchased the Academy and remains entitled to such access under these Terms. However, any affiliate-specific rights, commissions and promotional permissions may end immediately upon termination.
10. Academy Updates
Theme Page Academy is intended to continue developing over time.
We may add, remove, update or reorganise lessons, resources, bonuses and community content as the Academy develops.
We may also update strategies and educational materials because social media platforms, algorithms, tools and online business practices change.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the value and usefulness of the Academy, but we do not guarantee that any particular lesson, feature, resource or platform integration will remain available indefinitely.
11. Community Rules
If you participate in the Theme Page Academy community, you agree to behave respectfully towards other members.
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, spam, unlawful activity, deliberate disruption, unauthorised promotion and sharing another member's private information are not permitted.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict community access where necessary to protect the Academy and its members.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Theme Page Academy uses third-party platforms and services, including Skool and payment providers.
Your use of these platforms may also be subject to their own terms, policies and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions or technical issues caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
13. No Professional Advice
The Academy provides general educational information.
Nothing in Theme Page Academy should be treated as legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or other professional advice.
You are responsible for making your own decisions and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Academy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Academy or third-party platforms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Academy, our business, applicable law or our practices.
The latest version will be published on this page and will show the date it was last updated.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
